The Ice Cream Maker is in the shape of a ball and it has an opening on both sides. The one side you put in ice and salt and seal. Then the other side you pour the ice cream mixture in and seal. Then you let the kids roll it around for about 10-15 minutes. Then open the mixture side and scrape the sides, re-seal. Then open the other side and dump off all of the water and add more ice and salt. Then the kids rolled the ball around a few more minutes. We then opened it and ... ICE CREAM!
Yum! Yes, I even enjoyed some. We made it with fresh cream, a bit of vanilla and splenda - so LOW carb! :)

This is awesome i love it....and it looks like fun! Wanna do it at scouts sometime?? For the older boys....we have tooooo many tigers for what the ball looks like it would make.

Yumm do you remember making homemade goats milk ice cream so good.
yummmmmm... that makes me want icecream so bad and nothing is as good as fresh homemade icecream! How fun!
